SERIOUS EXPLOSION.
SENSATION IN A BRISBANE TRAM CAR. THE ORIGIN A MYSTERY. By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. United Press Association. (Received 15, 10.25 a.m.) Brisbane, May 15. A mysterious explosion occurred on a crowded tram car in Wickham Street. A passenger was blown through a window and others were blown off the car. Several were injured. The explosion came from within the motors and until they are inspected the origin is a mystery.
