, Dunedin, May 14. Bailiffs are still in charge of the steamer Wairoa, tlic writ claiming -CUB, issued by Stevenson and Cock, being still unsatisfied. A dispute has arisen between Mr. May and Captain Sorenson, as a result of which the latter will not accompany the expedition. The trouble arose through Captain Sorenson demanding one-third (f the £SOOO for which the cinematograph rights for reproducing the expedition pictorially is alleged to have been sold. That was not agreed to. Captain Sorensen said that he retained his right to one-third of the result of the expedition, which he feared would not meet with success without his expert knowledge.
