“AN INTENSE AND DANGEROUS EGOIST.” TAFT ON ROOSEVELT. New York. May 14. President Taft bitterly attacked Mr. Roosevelt. Ho declared that he was an intense and dangerous egoist, a flatterer and a demagogue. ‘‘You would suppose,” ho said, “that there was no one in this country to do the job but himself. It’s T,’ T,’ T,’ all the time.”
