KOOMBANA ENQUIRY.
Perth, May 10. The Koombana enquiry finding war; that the vessel’s fate was beyond human knowledge. The personnel, construction, stability, and seaworthiness of the vessel were unassailable. It was added that it was desirable that weather reports should be exchanged daily between stations on the northwest coast.
