PROPOSED LOAN
(To the Editor “Stratford Post.”) Sir.—l am being forced into the belief that there is something an the cry of the “neglected south” in Stratford Borough. The suggested expenditure of loan money mentioned in last night’s paper leaves “our” end of the town very severely alone, and the Mayor cannot expect his proposals to bo acceptable while he continues to feed the fatted omv.
