TO INVESTIGATE UNREST. London, May 5. Sir Edward Grey, and Messrs. Lloyd George, Churchill, and .Buxton, constitute the committee to investigate the prevailing unrest. London, May o. Mr. Keir Hardie, speaking at Swansea, proposed that instead of a minimum daily wage there be a yearly salary paid whether made by good or bad workers, and whether idle or not.
