NEW DRESS GOODS.

COME AND SEE THEM

Wo would like to draw the attention of the thrifty wives and mothers to our advertisement on page 4 about dress goods, just to hand by s.s. Surrey, from Manchester. Of course, wc know that words and figures in cold type do not count for much, no matter how they are set out. It is the practical demonstration and comparison that counts and convicts. We are anxious to press this conviction on the minds of our readers, that these .roods are all that we would represent them to be— th 3 best, the most serviceable, and the cheapest goods of their, kind to bo found in the district. We ourselves are more than pleased with their value, and feel sure that for winter wear both for mother and children —hoys, as well as girls—they will give "the utmost satisfaction. Talk is clleap hut seeing is helieveiug. We cordially invite our readers to come and see for themselves; but if you cannot get away, drop ns a postcard, and wc will send along a set of patterns. Robinson’s Manchester House, Stratford. x
