Sydney, May 2. Mr Cameron, the New Zealand Produce Commissioner, states that the South African commissioners supported the Canvey Island scheme. Melbourne, May 2. The first year of penny postage resulted iu a decrease in all th 6 States except Victoria, amounting to £16,002. Victoria shows an increase of £50,210, making an increase for the Commonwealth of £-1238. (Received 3. 10.10 a.m.) Sydney, May 3. A campaign with the object of raising twenty thousand pounds in ten days to assist the Young Women’s Christian Association building fund has been started.
