GERMAN COLONIES.
IS THEIR TRADE BRITISH OR GERMAN? SILENT COLONIAL MINISTER, (Received 2, 10.15 a.m.) Berlin, May 1. Herr Noske, in the Reichstag, declared that British trade with German New Guinea has increased more rapidly than German trade. Herr Solf, Minister for the Colonics, replying, declined to make the colonics an arena for party politics.
