The Magistrate to-day dismissed the case in which Joseph Daniel O'Neill was charged with causing actual bodily harm to Henry Herman, rather better known as Sandow, a professional wrestler and box{v. The affray took place in a hotel. The evidence showed that Sandow annoyed accused, that several blows wore shuck, and that Srmdow bit one of O'Neill's lingers. O'Neill had a nail file in his other hand at the time, and in his pain forgot he was so armed, and struck Sandow again, inflicting injuries which were described as slight.
