The Government has commenced a suit for tiie dissolution of the International Harvester Co. J NDICTMENTS DISMISSED. New York, April 30. At Juneau, Alaska, a United States district judge dismissed three indictments on a charge of restraint of trade against the Canadian Pacific Railway, the Pacific Coast Steamship Company, the White Pass and Yukon (Alaska) Steamship Company, and other companies connected with the Alaskan trade. The chief indictment charged them with conspiracy to monopolise transportation between White Horse Skagway, and other points. The charges were brought under the Sherman Anti-Trust Law. Other indictments ae still pending.
