CITY ROBBERIES IN BROAD DAY- " LIGHT. feeling of Insecurity. (Received 2, 8.50 a.m.) Sydney, May 2. The epidemic of crime continues, creating a feeling of insecurity among suburban residents. A man was stuck up and violently assaulted by two masked and armed men at Belomore, and was robbed of money and jewellery. Two robberies from dwellings are reported. Two men entered a jewellery establishment in the heart of the city in broad daylight and asked to see diamond .rings. They seized one and escaped before the jeweller could cross the counter.
