INDUSTRIAL UNREST.
SEAMEN’S QUARTERS. London, April 29. The medical officer for the Port o; London in a report states that seamen will continue to degenerate in physique so long as they have tee same quarters for sleeping, living and dining, they being dark, dirty and damp. He urges quarters above deck.
