INDUSTRIAL UNREST.
PROJECTED RAILWAY STRIKE. (Received 23, 10.20 a.m.) London, April 22. Mr Keir Hardie, at Luton, said some raihvaymen talked of a strike in the summer. If it occurred they would find soldiers guarding the railways and working the trains. The engines would he bullet-proof and carrying machine guns. Such was the outcome of the rich man's Government.
