The Secretary reported that the contract for the 'alteration and improvements to the Training track was almost completed. ’Further proposed improvements ;to the property wore gone into, but ft yas decided (to .hold the matters /over until the incoming committee took ‘-office in July. The secretary was instructed to obtain information re an ’improved water service to the chilis’ property. The New Plymouth Coursig Club wrote for permission to use a- portion of ‘the club’s property for tlicir meeting.—Referred to the course- committee for a, report. ; Alocou-rit-s amounting to £63 14s 7d were .passed for payment.
