ADA WARD, EVANGELIST, LEADS A LONELY LIFE. RETURNS TO THE THEATRE. (Received 16, 9.40 a.m.) Sydney, April 16. Ada Ward, actress and evangelist, has concluded a week's mission at Scots' Church. In announcing her decision to return to the stage, she stated that she could never erase from her mind the unkind way she had been treated by the Christian profession since she left the stage. She- had led a desperately lonely life. She could bear it no longer. ' She would return to the dear theatrical people, who were noble and generous.
