Pees, Palmerston, 93. ,- Open Class.—Jenkins, petrol 43.01, reliability 99, total 142.01; Passmore, petrol 39.6, reliability 93, total 137 6: R. Burns, petrol 36.5, reliability 96, total 132.5; R. Brown (Christchurch), petrol 43.3, reliability 85.3, total 128.3. ... ; Non-stop certificates were won by Jenkins, Passmore, R. Burns, M. EfaiMbeer, A. Thompson, J. Hall, Day and Brown. Jenkins receives the Rudge and Jarviscilps.
