MONEY FOR DEVELOPMENT. (Per Press Association!) Christchurch, April 12. Mr J. H. Wltlieiord, of Auckland, who was instrumental in that port having been made a naval base, was in Christchurch to-day on business connected with the Parapara Iron Ore Company, and informed some of those interested in the company that he has one million pounds sterling of English capital to divert into the company.
