The balance-sheet of the Trust and Agency,Co., of Australasia, shows that £IO,OOO has been placed to reserve and a ten per cent, dividend has been declared. N.Z. SHIPPING CO. (Received 13, 10 a.m.) London, April 11. The New Zealand Shipping Company has declared sin interim divident of eight .shilling per share.
