OUTBREAKS OF FEVER
(Received 13, 8.5 a.m.) New York,* April 12. Reports from everywhere indicate the subsidence of the floods. Serious outbreaks of fever among iefugcos* camps arc reported. od. thousand people are homeless. Several fever fatalities, and some from smallpox are already reported.
