(Received 13, 8,40 a.m., Brisbane, April 13. A Sugar Commission witness declared that the Colonial Sugar Refining Coy. practically held the market. L other sugar was brought m ten pounds cheaper, the company s sugar would still hold its own, because u was so well known and of such reliable quality.
