(Received 13, 10.40 a.m.) Sydney, April 13. There was a great and representative gathering at Mr Dacey’s State funeral, including the Governor. A man at Broken Hill was fined £IOO on a charge of preventing his son from attending drills. The redistribution of seats in the State Parliament has now been completed and is likely to result in considerable changes in representation. Members are spying out the land as numbers propose to seek the favour of new constituents.
