DANGEROUS SMALLNESS OF THE EGYPTIAN ARMY. HEALTHY AND INEXPENSIVE. London, April 11. The Times declares that the British Army in Egypt is dangerously _ low, especially in view of the possibilities of the Turko-Italian war. It suggests that when troops are withdrawn' from Couth Africa they should be sent to Egypt, which is an incomparable training ground, being both healthy and inexpensive. ADMIRALTY APPOINTMENTS. I London, April 10. Admiral Sir Hedworth Meux will succeed Admiral Sir Arthur Moore at Portsmouth; Adnrral Sir Archibald Milne will succeed Admiral Sir Edmund Poe in the Mediterranean; and Rear Admiral Limpus will succeed Rear Admiral Williams as advisor in Turkey. ,
