Skclton, counsel for the Union, objected to witness answering any questions which might incriminate him as a member of the Union. Mr Gohns, Inspector of Awards, protested that lie would lie placed' in a difficult position if lie coukl not get the information lie desired from witness. Magistrate Kettle said he recognised it was difficult but could not help it. At this stage the adjournment took place, after which. Mr Selwyn Mays, representing the Crown Prosecutor, appeared for the Department of Labour and an adjournment was made till Thursday to allow him to get up the case.
