BARRISTER CHARGED.
Suva, April 6. In the Police Court on Thursday Humphrey Berkeley, barrister, well known in Australia, and New Zealand, was ordered to refund £25 paid by art Indian as passage money to Argentina and £5 damages. It was stated in evidence that a number of other Indians paid similar amounts. Notice of appeal was given.
