RINGLEADER OF THE BANDITS ARRESTED. ATTEMPT TO LYNCH HIM. Paris, April 3. Carrony, one of the ringleaders of the motor bandits, has been arrested. Carrony was armed with revolvers. He was an expert chemist, and swallowed poison when arrested. A doctor administered an antidote. The crowd attempted to lynch him.
