Speeches by students from the platform at Mr Redmond’s meeting at Dublin protested against the Union Jack floating ovW the Oarlise Building, in which are the offices of the “Irish Independent.” Mr T. M. Kettle, a prominent journalist, remarked :; “It is a sorry ex hibition for a paper founded by Parnell.” The “Independent” declares that the flag was flying over the Irish Rights Board offices in the same building., "
