AI DiNG A STRIKE. (Pei- Press Association.) Auckland* April 1. A case;of more than ordinary interesl in industrial circles was before Mr Kettle, S.M., this morning, the Department of Labour proceeding against the Waterside Workers’ I nion on a charge of having aided a strike by some, of ils members employed by Nearing and Co., stevedores, to unload the cargo from the Paparoa on November 21 st.
