The sale of revolvers has increased tenfold since the motor-car outrage. The frontiers are being watched and many innocent people are being arres ted. THREE ARRESTS MADE. (Received 1, S.Io a m.) Paris, March 31. Three arrests have been effected at Chantilly, including Soudy, an Anarchist, who is supposed to have stood guard outside the hank while it was being robbed.
