For the reasons stated hereunder, 4 Spence, draper and clothier, Broadway, Stratford, finds himself in the position of being compelled to remove from his present premises or sell out his entire stock within three months, at the 'end of which time his present lease expires. The great increase in rent asked for, and the terms and conditions’of the lease of the shops, are such that it is impossible for him to continue to occupy them; and, as suitulvto 1 premises are not at present avail a hick he has no alternative bu T to offer ill whole of his huge stock of high-gfai le drapery and clothing to the people of Stratford and surrounding districts'at a tremendous sacrifice. He lias, thei-efore, decided to hold a great relinquishing sale, which will commence On Saturday next, 30th inst. The 'T'holc stock, including all the new season’s ! importations, is to be ruthlessly hut down in price. To facilitate the ‘marking down of prices and to make the necessary preparations for this big event, the premises will be closed all dav on Wednesday, Thursday. and Friday. The sale commences on Saturday morning at 9 o’clock. x
