THE NEW PREMIER.
TO BE SWORN IN TO-DAY. (Per Press Association.) Wellington, March 25. The Prime Minister (Sir Joseph Ward) anticipates that ho will be able to hand his resignation to the Governor to-morrow, and then the Hon. T. Mackenzie will he sent for and he sworn in with his new Cabinet. Sir •Joseph- Ward declines ■at present ►to] discuss his future plans, but will make a statement to the Press on Tuesday evening if the new Ministry takes office to-morrow.
