BUTTER AND CHEESE. (Per Press Association.) Wellington, March 25. Under Saturday’s date the High Commissioner reports as follows: Butter.—The market is quiet, but holders are firm. Stocks arc moderate. The average price for the week for choicest N.Z. butter was 1275, Australian 1235, Argentine 1225, Danish 130 s, Siberian 1265. Cheese.—The market is quiet but firm, with small supply. The average price for the week for finest N.Z. cheese was 74s Gd, English Cheddar 925.
