SOUTH AMERICA.
AGGRESSION IN COMMERCE AND DIPLOMACY. CLOSER RELATIONS ENSURED. Washington, March 23. Mr. P. C. Knox, Secretary of State, sent a wireless message that the desired results of his tour of the South American Republics had been attained. Its prime object was to secure closer relations, in anticipation of European aggression in commerce and diplomacy.
