STATE BRICKWORKS.
EXTENSION OF N.S.W. VENTURE RECOMMENDED. BIG SAYING FORECASTED. (Received 23, 9.15 a.m.) Sydney, March 23. The Public Works Committee has recommended extending the Slate brickworks to three times the present size. This is estimated to result in a saving of forty thousand pounds yearly.
