Matthews and Bennett’s Report. Messrs. Matthews and Bennett report that there was a fair entry of cattle in their Inglewood yards on Wednesday last. Prices were about the same. Quotations: Weaners, bad colour, 4s to os, good do. £1 8s to £1 13s, forward cows £4 to £4 11s, bulls £2 to £.3 Ids, ewes, fat 11s 6d, heifers, R.W.8., £3 12s Gd to £3 15s, steers £3 to £3 17s Gd,. LONDON REPORTS. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., have received the following cablegram from their Loudon house, under date 20th instant:—Wheat: Sold at 38s c.i.f,, Australian cargo. Market firm but inactive. Outlook uncertain. London Wool Sales.—Third series postponed till July 2, limit of 250,000 hales. Fourth series September 24; fifth series November .26.
