NEW U.S.S. VESSEL LAUNCHED. j (per Press Association.) ! Dunedin, March 21. The Union Steamship Company has received advice that the new cargo steamer Kaitoa was launched on Tuesday. The new vessel ;s about the size of the Whangape, its tonnage being 2750. She is expected to sail in a few weeks, and after discharging railway material at Fremant.o, will load at Bunbury for New Zealand ports. The other cargo steamer being built for the company is nearly completed. and may be laun died any day. She will be similar to the Kaitoa and will lie named the Karamea. PHASES OF THE MOON. MARCH—
