A Russian court martial at Tabriz, since the troubles there, sentenced thirty-seven mutineers to death. The Acting-Governor . at Azerbaijan has also sentenced an additional fifty. Quiet has been restored. Lisbon, March 20.
Bombs manufactured on a barber’s premises at Oporto exploded, wrecking four houses. Four people were killed and five injured.
