RESIGNATION OF THE GERMAN TREASURER. THE KAISER PERTURBED. (Received 21, 8.5 a.m.) Berlin, March 20. The Kaiser dined at the French Embassy for the second time since 1870. He had intended to leave to-day for Corfu, but the visit was suddenly postponed owing to rumours due to the resignation of Herr Wermuth, Treasurer, which, it is alleged, marks a ministerial crisis, possibly involving Herr Hollweg.
