Arthur Boyc was fined £lO, in default twelvi months’ imprisonment, for forgin; and uttering a cheque for £lO, ti which charge fie pleaded guilty. Hor ace Carter pleaded not guilty to ! charge of appropriating moneys of hi' employer. The hearing of evidence ii this case-was not completed when tin Court adjourned until to-morrow.
