On Wednesday next, March 20th, Messrs Matthews and Bennett sell 350 head of mixed cattle at Inglewood. At the Primitive Methodist Church, Broadway, to-morrow, the harvest thanksgiving services will he celebrated There will be special singing and addresses. The preachers are the Revs B. Metson and N. Hyde. A hearty welcome extended to all. On Tuesday, a fruit and jelly social will be held, when a good programme will ho presented.* An advertiser lias a good quiet cow in full profit, for sale. The Woodvillo Bacon Co. and Messrs. T. Borthwick and Sons will n»t receive pigs next week. Timely topics will be dealt with at Wesley Church to-morrow by Rev. C. C. Harrison. The choir will lead in well-known hymns, and also render a prelude and anthem in the evening service. All are cordially invited. x
