IN THE COURTS.
(Per Presa Association.! Gisborne, March 13. At the Supreme Court, Jas. Glendinning, charged at the previous sessions and about whose case the jury disagreed, was again charged with perjury and found guilty, and remanded till Friday for sentence. John William Foster, charged with theft of a bicycle, was found not guilty.
