HAWERJA BEATS STRATFORD. The deciding match for the South Taranaki supremacy was played on the show ground-yesterday afternoon, Hawera getting the better of the local team by forty-eight runs. ' Batting first, Stratford, who had not been able to put their best team in the field, were only able to knock up sixty-five runs.
