CHIEF POWERS OFFER THEIR MEDIATION. ITALIAN MINISTER RETICENT. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Ouued Press Association.) Rome, March 11. The British, French, German, Austrian and Russian ambassadors have asked the Foreign Minister the terms Italy demands in connection with Tripoli, and if she will accept the friendly mediation of the Powers. The Minister reserved his reply.
