ON MARCH TWENTY-FIRST.
(Per Press Association.) Auckland, March S
Sir-Joseph Ward arrived this morning by train from Wellington. He had enthusiastic greetings at the townships en route. Interviewed, he said nothing could he said about the conference to be held to discuss the question of Cabinet reconstruction beyond the fact that it would take place in Wellington on March 21, when members of' the combined Liberal and Labour Party would meet at his bouse for the purpose oi selecting a leader. Then would come Gain net,, reconstruction, but regarding the personnel of the Ministry there was as much uncertainty as regarding the name of the loader. The suggestion that Parliament should meet again in April, Sir Joseph Ward described ai. absurd, and not .in accord with the constitutional aspect of the question.
