The Premier, questioned in the House of Commons, said the Home Rule Bill would not he introduced before Easter. He hoped to introduce the Welsh Disestablishment Bill on April 2. T r The postponement of the Home Rule Bill is regarded with disappointment in Nationalist circles, it is believed Cabinet’s preoccupation with the strike is the cause.
