URUGUAYAN VISITORS.

SAIL FOR SAN FRANCISCO. (Per Press Association.) Wellington, March 7. The Uruguayan Commissioners completed their tour of New Zealand today, and sail for San Francisco by the Tahiti to-morrow. They express their warm appreciation of the facilities accorded to them by the Government officials, A. and P. Societies, and others, thus enabling them to gather much information of value to them. !
