TOTAL ITALIAN LOSSES. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.* (Received 4, 10.35 a.m.) Rome, March 3. Since the outbreak of the war in Tripoli 37 officers and 199 men have been killed and one officer and 323 men are missing. The bulk of the lattei are believed to be dead.
