Their Majesties met tiro warship Powerful at Portsmouth, with the Duke of Fife’s coffin, and then entrained to Windsor, when the coffin was taken on a gun carriage to the Albert Chapel. The funeral will take place on Wednesday. EXCEEDINGLY QUIET BURIAL. (Received 2G, 9.0 a.m.) London, February 26.' The funeral arrangements for the burial of the late Duke of Fife provide for an exceedingly quiet interment.
