Wheat, 3s 9-Jd, flour £lB, bran £5 15s, pollard £6 ss, barley (English) Gs 3d to Cs 4-J-d, Cape 4s 9d to ss, oats 3s 2d, maize 4s 3d, potatoes £4 to £5, onions £7.
T. LAMASON’S WEEKLY REPORT. A very good entry of poultry came to hand and were sold at very satisfactory prices. . Ducks Is 7d to Is 9d, geese 3s to 3s Gd each, killing hens Is Gd to Is lOd, others Is each up to 2s Id, cockerels Is to Is Gd, chicks Is, roosters Is 2d to 2s. Potatoes 4s to 6s Gd. Vegetables and sundries at usual rates. About 400 cases of assorted fruits were sold, and prices ruling were as follows: Pears 2s to ss, poach 2s Gd to Gs, plums Is Gd to 3s, tomatoes 3s to Gs, apples 2s Gd to Gs Gd, cucumbers 2s to 3s, nectarines 3s to Cs Gd.
