PURSUANT to Section 13 of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908,” I hereby give notice that at a Poll of the Ratepayers of the Borough of Stratford taken on 22nd day of February, 1912, on the proposal of the Stratford Borough Council to borrow the sum of £14,000 for the acquisition by purchase of the whole of the business and undertaking of the Stratford Electrical Supply Company, Limited, and the entire goodwill thereof, and all the freehold and leasehold lands, corporeal .and incorporeal rights, easements, and appurtenances, buildings, machinery, engines, poles, lines, plant, stock-in-trade, materials, and other property of the said company.
